He is a qualified lawyer admitted to Bar Association of Azerbaijan and is specialized in corporate and M&A and banking and finance practices at CLS. Azer has an extensive practice of more than 10 years that includes domestic and international finance transactions, IPOs, joint ventures and restructuring, PPP, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions in a variety of sectors, including oil and gas, banking and finance, manufacturing, consumer markets, and general industry.
Prior to joining Capital Legal Services, Azer worked in legal practices for Big 4 firms in Baku providing legal assistance within the areas of M&A, Contract Law, Corporate Law, Anti-Trust Law, Currency Regulations. In addition, he worked at one of the leading local law firms mainly dealing with tax related matters.

Tamara is a Legal Associate at Capital Legal Services with more than 3 years of experience in wide range of legal areas. She is specialized in corporate and commercial law, contracts, corporate finance, capital markets, employment and migration law. Tamara advises both international and local clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including establishment of joint ventures, conducting of legal due diligences as well as preparation of transactional documents. In addition, she has a vast experience in corporate financing and security market where she advised local corporates as well as foreign banks and international financial institutions.

Turqay is a Senior Legal Associate at Capital Legal Services with more than 8 years of professional experience. He is a qualified lawyer admitted to Bar Association of Azerbaijan with vast experience in banking sector. Turqay is, mainly, specialized in corporate law, contract law, litigation, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining CLS, he worked on different positions at major banks in Azerbaijan. He advises both international and local clients on a wide range of corporate matters, represents clients in courts of all instances.

Mahammad is a Legal Associate at Capital Legal Services with more than 8 years of experience. He is a qualified lawyer admitted to Bar Association of Azerbaijan and has a vast experience in banking sector. Mahammad is, mainly, specialized in litigation and dispute resolution as well as contracts, labor and migration law. Prior to joining Capital Legal Services, he worked on different legal positions at major banks in Azerbaijan. He represents clients in courts of all instances and provides support with preparation of all types of court documentation and assists with enforcement of the judicial decisions.

Rustam is a Senior Tax Associate at Capital Legal Services. He is an experienced tax professional with more than 15 years of experience gained within consulting firms and other major local corporates. During his career Rustam has been working with wide range of industries, including oil and gas, retail, manufacturing, FMCG. Rustam has a vast experience in advising both local and international clients on wide range of tax issues, including transaction support and assistance with tax compliance matters.
Prior to joining to CLS, he worked on managerial positions for Big4 firm and one of the leading local tax and accounting firms.

Nargiz is a Junior Tax Associate at CLS. She provides accounting and bookkeeping services including accounts payable (bills and payments) and accounts receivables (invoices and collection). Nargiz’s expertise includes payroll services for clients and assistance with submission of tax declarations and reports as required by the legislation.
In addition, Nargiz advises clients in connection with the requests of tax authorities as well as represents clients before tax authorities and banks.

Aytac is a Junior Tax Associate at CLS. She provides daily tax and accounting services including preparing monthly tax and accounting reports, payroll, and auditing and maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Aytac responsibilities are preparation of accounts, budgeting and management of financial information, procession of tax payments and reports. She also advices and assists clients in connection with the requests of tax authorities.
